Soooo happy getting to see HK through your eyes! my parents are from HK and it's a very regular thing to give your plates/bowls/utensils a rinse before you use it, even at home. re: the sweetness of the pork bun, the lower sweetness level is for desserts and and sweet things, but HK/cantonesse cuisine skews on the sweeter end of the savory spectrum (if that makes any sense).

As a local HKer, there are two things I want to share: - we do take the trams (dingdings) when we are not in a rush (which 99% of the time we are 😂). I personally love it! - we always joke about how lame the laser show is (it's basically a bunch of laser shooting around). I mean the city view at night is already incredible by itself! Loved your content and the coverage of Hong Kong! ❤

Always love your Disneyland videos, and as I local here in Hong Kong, I can tell from your choices that you have put some many thoughts into it, and probably have done so much preparation, to actually experience the place and the culture. Oh and for the mystery ingredients you saw, they are mostly dried seafood, and so it kind of concentrated the flavours and nutrients, so to speak.

What an extraOrdinary Adventure! So glad you guys enjoyed my home city. Btw, the Australian Dairy Company gets milk from Kowloon Dairy (which sources its milk from Guangdong). The restaurant is named after the founder, who worked at an Australian farm. Can't wait to see part 2!

Wow you guys did a lot on your first day. I went to Hong Kong a few years ago and didn’t even go to half these food spots. I’m going back soon and I will have to check out these food spots. Thanks for another great video
