We have norwegian smoked salmond often in a pasta! Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 4 packs of salmond(the ones we often use has like 3 kwarters of that pack), swily pasta(fusili, for extra color get the tricolore variant), 1 bag arugula or lamb's lettuce and herb cheese paste. How to make: 1. Put water over fire and ad 2 or 3 stock cubes(if you like less then do that if more go nuts). 2. When boiling add the pasta and arround the same time cut a grid pattern in the salmond. 3. When the pasta is done boiling bring it back to the pot as hot as possible. 4. While it's still hot mix in the salmond so it can get cooked a bit. 5. Add the lettuce of choice. 6. Add the herb cheese to it to bind it together. And there you go a tasty pasta! Note: it's offcourse not cheap😉 so make it as a rare treat!
