Yes!!! Oregano oil is very good. I love using it I make my own at home because I use it so much. I use coconut oil as the carrier oil and add a couple tablespoons of oregano in herb form at let it sit for a couple of weeks.

I am in the process of making oregano tincture (3 weeks in and 2 to go) using 97% alcohol. However, I am unsure how much of the tincture to consume daily or how to use it otherwise! Thanks for your advise in advance.

A few drops of a tincture are usually used under the tongue daily 😊

Dear Ryan, first of all many thanks for the sharing all your amazing knowledge with us!!! You have changed quality of my life for better! I have question regarding oregano oil for treating ear infection. I suffer for couple of years from repetitive ear infections. Ear ache I have almost constantly, but 3-4 times a year it develops into otitis. ENT doctors haven’t found any deviations and pathologies in these organs and treat only bacterial infection and do not want waist they time to find an underlying cause and leave me to struggle with pain on my own. I had tried ones to put in one drop of pure oregano essential oil, but it started to burn straight away. I tried to remove it as much as possible with wet baby ear sticks , but still had this burning feeling for two days. And I still have an ear ache. Later I have used two drops of oilp in 150 ml of water for rinsing my nose and throat and even this solution have caused burning in my mouth. I would appreciate if you advise some other remedies.
