I used relaxers in my hair until I was forty years old. I had never really even seen my hair in it’s natural state! I finally stopped relaxing because my hair was becoming more sparse. My dermatologist told me that it was a hereditary condition and that my only hope would be to wear my hair natural to make it appear fuller, and to try Rogaine for men. I did stop relaxing, but I wasn’t interested in the Rogaine. It seem crazy to me now, ten years later, but I had to learn about my hair. I had to figure out what it wanted and needed, and this channel has helped me more than I can I can even tell you! I’m so grateful for all of your lessons, and I’m impressed by your research. You are an amazing teacher, and you make everything so easy to understand! Thank you so much for all that you do! I honestly could not have learned to care for and really love my hair without your help!

Is 1-2 days the longest I can make tea rinse last. What if I want to use as facial mist or leave in mist? Is there any natural preservative I can add or vitamin e, aloe to give it a longer shelf life. Or maybe refrigerator it? Also, can I add lime to this if using for a mouth Gargle or will the lime mess with my enamel? Thanks in advance. 😊
