Hello!👋🏾 I absolutely love your videos. Thank you for taking the time to educate our community. I’m a nurse and value your thorough research and reference list that goes into every video. When I was a child living in Africa, my mother would make a daily “green salad”, which consisted of various types of lettuce and fresh green herbs from her garden. All topped with fresh homemade vinaigrette. Looking back, I really took all of that for granted. Now, I truly understand the importance and the power of green vegetables and herbs (chlorophyll), and their impact on the overall health and function of our body. I am a DIY’r and use a lot of different Ayurvedic powders and oils. 99% of what I use for my hair is edible or can be found in nature. I am thrilled about your series on herbs. It has sparked me to do more research. I’m planning to make a leave-in moisturizing hair spray using various herbs for nourishment, health, and growth. I will be using dry ingredients, but plan to eventually use fresh ingredients when it’s feasible. I’m looking forward to the day I can grow and dry my own herbs. It’s amazing how much cheaper taking care of my hair has become using only what Mother Nature grows. The best place to purchase dry herbs is from the bulk area of your grocery store. I just purchased 10 different herbs just under $4.😃 You inspired me to start implementing rice water rinses and onion/garlic/ginger treatments into my regimen. My hair is loving both. I’ve created a leave-in rice water spray infused with Chebé powder, which I used twice a week. My hair has never felt so moisturized and retained moisture for so long throughout my entire natural journey. I honestly feel like this is the healthiest my hair has ever been since returning to natural. Please continue to educate and inspire us. What you are doing is very important. Having natural hair doesn’t have to be difficult or become a financial burden. I believe the more knowledge you gain the easier the journey becomes. Have fun with it! Experiment with different concoctions, and discover what your hair loves. Build a relationship with your hair and watch it flourish. By the way, I love everything about your hair. It’s looking so luscious and long.🌺 Thank you for all that you do. ✌🏾💖🌿

PS, I make "parsley pesto" and put it in ice cube trays then dump the cubes into Ziploc freezer bags for use until the next growing season comes around. And was used as a wreath of honor for winners in the athletic events at the level of the Olympic Games. Which eventually became a golden wreath And currently the medals on ribbons Parsley sounds better to me for winners wteath Parsley has the exact same internal structure as the kidneys Cut a fresh kidney )you buy for your cat )longitudinally and you will see this for yourself It’s excellent added to fresh raw vegetable juice And is drunk as a tea for kidney stones The Italian parsley gives off more juice than the French parsley in your video Nettle has an excellent strengthening effect on the hair and body in general. I left it in the fridge, applied, and ran off to work. Does the formulation hold up best in the cold, room temp, or in a dark space? Just because your hair is natural doesn't mean to say it's low porosity. Your hair problems could be caused by a number of problems, hormones, diet, stress, anaemia, medication, chronic disease, dehydration, is your water hard or not etc Unfortunately there are far too many variables that can affect the health of your hair to really help you here.If you are struggling try using babies and children's natural hair products. Thank you for all the information you don't have to share with us. I guess that some people don't understand that the more knowledge you gain regarding the use of herbs the better your overall health. Great hair is a benefit you gain by making herbs a part of your diet as a whole. I love all the information you've provided because I don't feel overwhelmed, if anything I feel empowered.

Questions regarding the references, the "Effects of Parsley.." study is looking only at rats, not humans and it only mentions possible antioxidative ability and decreasing uric acid in the body (which is mostly caused by an unbalanced diet and gout which doesn't affect hair). As a healthcare professional, animal studies are usually only used to see if further studies should continue in humans or for those have tried all other alternatives (risk vs benefit). None of these studies had a purpose for healthier hair (except "A cell based system..." but it only leads to an abstract). Some studies link to only an abstract or send me nowhere at all. I love the approach of being study based and am glad so far nothing bad has happened to you and in fact has helped. I just want to understand if I'm missing something.

I love DIYs and wish you posted more. Can Parsley be infused into an oil?

Parsley will dry just fine if you cut the leaves and spread them out in the sun on a paper towel. You can also freeze your mixture into ice cubes. I do that with fresh aloe.

Hi Green Beauty, great video. Quick question: when you use the ‘green juice’ do you still rinse it out?
