That was interesting. I must admit that I watched a KZbin video on how to assemble the thing. I only had a little book of instructions with mine and it covered a zillion languages so I needed a microscope to read all the little writing. . Nothing like the big sheet you got. Regarding CE: that's a Quality Marque from The European Union, you need one to sell anything over here. The ANSI markings are the American equivalent that 'We' require to sell into The USA. The numbers tally between both. Oregon covered all bets, the rusty one didn't because they didn't have to as they were local to USA and not exporting, so they can get away without a Quality Stamp. It could have been a Chinese hat for all anyone can tell from its markings. I don't think it was though because the Ear Protection worked. Good video 🙂

This helmet, face mask, and hearing protection is very good. The mask works great.
