LOL. Who told you to do the OCT in November? The best weather on the Oregon Coast is July, August and September. June and October are kind of borderline. The rest of the year just sucks. Maybe this year it was for the best though. At least you missed all the smoke.

This summer I drove down the Pacific Coast Highway thru Oregon and was astonished at how beautiful the oceans were! I had always said that I preferred mountains over oceans, but the Oregon coast really made me question that. I started considering hiking the OCT but hadn't seen many videos of it, and didn't know too much about it so its awesome to be able to see you doing it!! Really considering doing it too!!

... as you're finding out, rubber boot time of year is here!!! One of you might want to buy a shellfish license and a snare to get fresh crab, and especially look into clamming. which OR allows year round. ... you're not glam crusaders are you? And yes the coast shuttle system is really a great reasonable way to travel. When you get to Astoria I think they stimu have a Hostile but with Covid????? The State Parks also have Hurts you guys may want to get into. Continued love, prayers and peace!

Yes! Miles and miles of beaches on the peninsula! No need to get on 101 unless you have some bad luck with high tide, but there are usually other options. Missed you by a few days north of manzanitas. Awesome job ladies!

That is her Sawyer water filter attached to the top of her plastic bottle. The weight of glass vodka bottle of that size would "outweigh" the purpose of carrying the vodka!
