When I was 12 years old I went across the country with my school. We hiked and camped for two weeks in these locations, Sierra National Park, Glacier National Park, and along the Oregon coast line. I didn’t realize how this great experience was going to follow me the rest of my life. I’m 60 now and miss those days. I want to thank you for sharing your adventures with all of us! There are 23 thousand very lucky people watching your channel.

Great job ladies. You don't see many posts for this trail. I did hike part of this trail in June 2020. It was 75f and sunny then, hahaha. Amazing how you're hiking in a rain forest and then beach walking. Its wild. I hiked with my daughter. It was fantastic. Enjoy you days. Thanks for posting.

I appeciate your videos and the tips/tricks you provide. They will certainly help this first timer's trip a little smoother. Best wishes on your future outings- keep the content coming!

in 1983 I rode a Bicycle down the entire pacific coast. It is beautiful along there but as everyone else says: always wet. I see there are still logging trucks... Not a cyclist friend. I have also hiked many miles along the Florida beach and that sand walking bogs you down and does cause blisters because of walking differently.

Looks like wild and wet Oregon adventure. I've heard the Oregon Coast trail is a lot or road walking. What percentage would you say was highway/forest/beach?
@danielkutcher57044 жыл бұрын
Ah-rah-gahn is the way most folks in the Northeast say it. 😁 Who said "cawffee"? Sounds like NYC. As usual, excellent videography and music choice. Waterproof socks gave me blisters on two occasions. Usually, my feet are calloused up and impervious to blisters. The two exceptions were both when I took long breaks between hikes.

I need to see how you set up the tent in the rain !! Just ordered the same tent and I have no idea about the rainfly ! Like should you doo the rain fly first and then build the rest under it?! UGH ! HALP!
@jls9354 жыл бұрын
Apprenlty you can put the rain fly up with the poles then you put the tent up underneath it. When i figure it out ill Let you know! Maybe ill make a video showing my skills.

I'm sure you know this by now. I had a UL2 and learned to set up the frame, ground sheet and rain fly first. Then I crawled inside and set up the tent. It worked pretty well. Why did that place kick you out? Salt water in your socks = blisters. Salt is sandpaper as you know. Hey! I just heard you on Mighty Blue's podcast. Nice job! Great video today showing the bad and the good. The good always outweighs the bad. All three of you women are bad ass! John from MI
