i was reading another review where someone said they didn't "qualify to stay at the campground" it happened their RV was "too old". The policy here states: RV REGULATIONS //RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in good condition and RVIA certified. Vessels older than 10 years can be approved with the Manager’s permission. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. //We do not allow tent or car camping, towable popup trailers, or truck bed campers unless they remain connected to the truck at all times.

I do recall reading that statement when we booked our stay, and I have also seen this policy at a few other places as well. I have mixed feelings about a policy like that because, on one hand, I appreciate that they are trying to keep a "luxury" RV standard as I enjoy a clean, well-kept facility; however, just because someone's rig is 10 years old, it doesn't mean that it's going to be shabby and dilapidated. Our rig will fall into that category in a couple years and it still looks great because we take very good care of it. I really enjoyed that resort and would like to think that I could stay there again.
