It works great on a train though! To hang the bag in front of you in the hard thing the table is mounted on. But I used a normal S-hook since they are narrower

I loved the idea of the cutting board as a book holder. It will also make cleaning the area so much easier. I have some of those wire baskets hangers but was just wondering yesterday how to use them since they don't fit my cabinets. This was very timely, thank you!

Don't ever hang your handbag behind you in a restaurant and also don't place at floor at your feet. I worked with various people who had wallet removed from back hanging bag. The bag at feet was actually kicked out from under table in a busy restaurant! I always place bag in my lap, then cover with napkin.

Bonjour, merci pour ces belles et bonnes idées. Oui j’aimerais plus d’idées avec IKEA. J’ai vraiment aimé toutes vos astuces mais celle que j’ai préféré était le crochet pour la porte. J’ai aimé l’idée de le mettre dans mon sac à main et de pouvoir m’en servir quand je vais aux toilettes avec mon gros manteau et qu’il n’y a pas de crochets aux portes. Merci.

I agree with you, but there are some places where you can totally do that. Like e. g. if your chair is facing the wall and no one is behind you.

Thanks for the tips! One thing I don't agree with is the hook on the back of chair. Hanging your purse or bag on the back of your chair is not a good idea. Good way to have your bag stolen.Step your leg through one handle and keep your bag under your feet. Then you know where it is at all times and it's unable to be taken because you have it hooked with your leg. You may get the bottom of your bag a little more dirty but, it beats getting it stolen.

I liked using the white wire basket on my shower pole. Now I can have my molded built-in seat back. Before this I had used a black plastic basket on the seat.

Using the napkin holder in the fridge for cold cuts and sliced cheese is something I will try. Any repurposing ideas to use for holding at least 25 oftencooking utensils? Unfortunately cookie jars don’t have a wide enough opening.

You can display them in the wall using a railing system. Or put them into a drawer. Or use plant pots for storing them on the countertop. Or just keep the mist used one in a visible place and put the rest away in the drawer (that you can still reach for if needed). I hope it could help 😊

Unfortunately I only "already had" the hanging shelf and a hook, so could someone share where to find a CUTTING BOARD WITH LEGS...or a way to convert one without legs? Thanks for the ideas! 😊 P.A.W. P.S. My ingenious roommate re-purposed one of the white wire standing shelves -designed to add height + another surface-- if you have a taller cabinet/ shelf set-up --by shortening the length by about 3 inches (using wire cutters), then prying the legs off to add another much needed SHELF in our very old used freezer we got after my nice Maytag broke down! Very helpful in a side by side fridge/ freezer that's missing a lot of compartments.

In my apartment kitchen, I lack countertop space, I had nowhere to put my Air Fryer and my Coffeemaker, so when I was at Dollar Tree I bought 2 Cutting Boards for $ 5.00 each and when I'm not cooking on my Stove, I actually use my Air Fryer and Microwave ALOT, anyway, I put Both Cutting Boards on the Burners of the Stove and Air Fryer and Coffeemaker have a place to go. My Kitchen Looks So Much Nicer 😊😊😊

Like the shelf organiser upside down. The hook on the back of the chair will not work here in south africa cause they will steal your bag😂😂

Always make sure the gap between the door allows for the steel baskets and hangers to be hung…because not all doors will close if the steel is too thick and prevents closure….also check the length of the baskets to be hung on shelves because some are longer than the inside length of the cupboard which prevents closure as well.
