Don't worry about the nursery being ready , they sleep in your room for the first 6 months or so anyway ! Don't stress , you won't use it for ages after the birth ❤❤

Not everyone’s baby sleeps straight away with parents. I trained mine to sleep separately straight out the hospital, and so did a lot of people I know

It’s actually recommended by the lullaby trust to keep your baby in the same room as you day and night whilst they’re sleeping, as part of reducing the chance of SIDS, obviously it’s up to every parent to make their own informed decision re sleeping but just putting the guidelines out there!x

Hi Molly 💛 I'm a chemist and wanted to let you know that E45 cream isn't actually very good for you either as it's full of paraffin which is made from petrol!! I would suggest CeraVe moisturing body cream (comes in a big round pot), it's full of ceramides and all the ingredients are safe! Big hug 💛

@@vickimaccallum Obviously this is just advice but for KP one of the recommended treatments is to use a cream with gentle exfoliators such as AHA to help remove dead skin cells and soften the skin. Vitamin A might also help to increase cell turnover. As to which cream to use... Sometimes your doctor will prescribe you one, especially the stronger ones. For safe drugstore options... perhaps the First Aid Beauty KP smoothing body lotion. You could even just use a BHA treatment followed up by a standard moisturiser (like the CeraVe one I originally mentioned) such as The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution or The Inkey List Glycolic Acid Toner. Urea/ceramides are also important for KP treatment, and the Eucerin Repair Plus 10% lotion for dry skin relief is a good one

I had this with my bladder from week 30 it got so painful and by 36+5 at a physio appointment I found out my waters were coming away without me even realising. I had no pelvic floor control from pretty early on so just assumed it was just wee or discharge getting my knickers damp🙈 I was then induced to prevent infection to myself and the baby and gave birth to my little boy at exactly 37 weeks. Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well. I’m 13 weeks postpartum and I’d love to be pregnant again. It got very difficult in every aspect towards the end but the love and feeling of carrying life compares to no other. So so worth it❤️

Honestly try Mary Smith Body balms and Nyla baby - my niece had eczema and her skin was so rough like leathery. the Nyla baby works because of the oat (and other good ingredients) inside that’s great on sensitive skin. Plus the Mary Smith one aid also recommended by Midwives and really helps the skin. Both are natural and good for adults and babies and they work. Lastly, cut out dairy for a few weeks and see what happens as well xx I use all these creams by the way xx

I will say I wouldn’t put perfume in bathroom the heat fluctuations can damage your perfume just a FYI x x Caffeine can also make you pee more so if having more coke or coffee recently that can also effect you . Idea!! What if you turned the towel section of the vanity into a drawer and move the towel section up the top where the plumbing is? You could hide the plumbing behind a timber wall with enough room for towels. You’ll then have 2 full size drawers. Just a thought!

Love the vid, especially the mini vlog at the start. I suffer with eczema and felt it didn’t really go until I used prescribed betnovate. I don’t love idea of steroid creams but I used that to just clear it up after 4 or 5 applications and now I can stick with moisturisers 👍🏻

Get hand sanitiser and put it on the label and rub it on it for like 30 seconds then get an old card and scrape it off, will peal off so much easier/quicker 😊 also apparently pregnancy can make eczema a lot worse so hopefully be a lot better once baby girls here🤞🏽x

You need to try the Nala’s Baby range!! They stock it in Boots, although it’s created for Baby’s it can be used for everyone! It is one of the only baby ranges that have completely clean ingredients! So good for baby and for those who suffer with eczema!! 🤍🤍🤍
