If there's anything the Internet has given me it's the knowledge and relief that I'm not alone in what I was told made me a weirdo such as skin picking and other things. My "bipolarity issues" ,Autism and social anxiety has been a burden to me for many years. Thank you, Dorian for your humor and honesty. Excuse my terrible grammar...I blame my meds lol.

I would just want to warn you. i wore wild for over a year. loved the scents, sooo beautiful. HOWEVER. I started noticing a lingering smell in the armpits of my clothes, really gross revolting smell. even after cleaning. some research on reddit revealed this is common for butter based deodorants. It would make me feel so paranoid, when i would start to sweat, it would be a mix of the deodorant, my own smell and the weird sharp gross smell. i’ve just had to deep clean my clothes but have decided to give up wild for this reason. I can’t be dealing with this, it’s too much effort and the smell comes back after a few wears. especially as a hippie wearing natural deo - it felt like it was playing too much into the stinky hippy persona LOL i was always self conscious. I had to use bacterial cleaner every few washes as a pre treatment and drying the clothes and then washing them 😭 Maybe it’s not all the scents, but for me this was a dealbreaker sadly and i’m trying out some other eco alternatives. So if you start smelling funky pits in your clothes be weary of this ❤️

I am healing too!! I have been cleaning out all my little corners in my home, and it feels GOOD! Also, I will be getting "Neuro Psyche" eval, which is how American medicine finds where on the spectrum adults are! I shared with my doc how I have been living life with reduced stimulation, and how it has reduced my body migraines (medicine is finding that the stomach can cause migraines too, and my poor tummy has had to recover from a lifetime of ED). I am so thankful i have a doc that trusts my judgement

@@autismenlightenment @Looshfarmer actually, it is something my doctor brought up with me last month, and it has to do with how the body is formed in the womb. The brain and the stomach share a nerve group that gets stretched out, and end up forming into their own systems. It's like magic science (human development blows my mind) Both the brain and the stomach produce serotonin, which is why dark chocolate is often prescribed to patients with serotonin issues. Both the brain and the stomach experience migraines, which can radiate to other areas. It's all pretty neat. I am sorry for the delayed response. I hope you see this.

@@pliktl I did a wee course about the Vegus nerve and the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system. How it affects anxiety and fight or flight symptoms. You can activate it through singing, exercise, yoga etc. I think it’s why I enjoy hula hooping and bouncing it off my diaphragm 😅 but also learning to switch it back down again-for rest and digest mode. I find it all hugely fascinating-apologies for the info bomb.

i've gotten really into skincare recently and i'm so happy that you have too! tip on the matrixyl serum: peptides aren't one of those ingredients that you would need to take a break from. people sometimes say you should take breaks from ingredients that have the potential to be more irritating, like retinols and exfoliating acids (for example products with stronger exfoliating ingredients than the No Face Clarifier, which uses enzymes to exfoliate while stronger products use alpha and beta-hydroxy acids). peptides don't tend to be that irritating and they have great benefits when used consistently. if you're looking for a more affordable option, i've heard great things about The Ordinary's Matrixyl Serum. i personally haven't tried it but it went viral on Tiktok, and since it's not that expensive, you don't have much to lose by trying it.

Ok, I Have to share a couple brands and fragrances of incense because they're just So good and one of them has exceptionally beautiful packaging that looks like it belongs in your collection. One is Song of India - India Temple incense and it smells so divine! The other brand is nitiraj and I adore the scent Goddess but everything I tried from that company is great. The scents linger after you've burned them and I highly recommend to anyone who likes incense!

I need to to get that Matrixyl 3000. I'm 58 and wonder if that will make me look like I'm 25 again. The incense...I get a variety of scents from a US store. My favorite is Fizzy Pop and Brownies. Here the Spencers store used to have the Spiritual Sky scent oils which they've watered down over the ears where the potency went down the drain with Reaganomics. As kids we used to have these tiny orange blossom scented dolls inside plastic bubbles. I miss the 70s and 80s.

I've got, or have had, a fair bit of the same stuff as you in this video. I had a couple of the same incenses, Krishna Leela and Yesteryears (and possibly a couple of the others), I have a Wild subscription too - my first case was the rose gold one and I've got their release for The Little Mermaid. The first of their deodorants I got was the Pumpkin Spice one (with the Rose Gold case), but two of my favourites are Sandalwood & Patchouli and Fresh Cotton & Sea Salt, which is a really nice fresh one. I really wanted to try Purple Rain when it came out and thought I'd ordered some, but for some reason the order didn't go through. Their shower gels are nice too (I'm finishing off a bottle of Fresh Cotton & Sea Salt before I try a different one). And yes, Pitrok. Jumping about a bit here, but Vico is a nice one too. I tried some because they were giving some away last year - they had some factory seconds of their Wexford Strawberry fragrance. It's bloomin' lovely, as is their Lemongrass and Orange Blossom ones, but for some reason the fragrance doesn't last that long on me. However, the cases are all cardboard and totally compostable. I'm a sucker for nice smellies too! Oh, here's a perfume suggestion, if you fancy a look. I know it's sold at some of the bigger department stores such as Harvey Nics, but have a look at Juliette Has A Gun's "NOT A Perfume". It's made from synthetic ambergris and is really interesting. I bought a bottle last year and I'm *still* not quite sure what I make of it. And yes, there's definitely something very satisfying in being able to fit everything for a trip into one "little" ruck-sack/backpack isn't there?

No one talks about the feeling of being alive after the moment you decided was the last moment of your life. "What the fuck do I do now." Total emptiness and confusion like am I happy or sad or what. Do I start to build something or not.

Could you do a video on sleep? How is your circadian rhythm doing, I noticed you spoke on doing skincare day and night and at some point you had flipped those around, how is that for you now?
