You mentioned your mom, I hope things are continuing to get better between you two. I’ll do that one day, maybe a bigger shop. OMG! So many great things to munch on! Too bad I gave up (New Year's resolution) on buying noodles, bread, cookies, candies, and pretty much everything I can munch away while watching a movie. My theory is that I won't eat it if I don't have it in the house. I allow myself any kind of food outside of the house, though. I really only have fruits for snacks now (a lot of frozen grapes, which are like bite-size popsicles). But your video brings back happier days!

I do find it does wind up being helpful if you don’t keep it in the house. I have decent willpower but certain things like having soda in the house, I’ll get into a habit of drinking it more 😜 (luckily I only ever like a small bit at a time, like the airplane size lil cans lol but still) I need to do frozen grapes 🍇!! They are my favorite fruit and everyone always says how nice frozen grapes are (especially with your climate I’m sure)

@@mcginnsteph LOL! Anything frozen is nice in my climate! But frozen grapes (particularly black or red ones) are my favorite now. At only one or two calories a grape, I can eat them whenever I feel the need for something sweet. I think frozen grapes would be a great snack for the girls, too! (I sound like a commercial.) Regarding soda, I noticed that you did not call it "minerals." LOL. Has Ireland adopted "soda," now? Growing up in Chicago, it was always "pop." Here in AZ, it's "soda," though. I always thought "minerals" might be a bit of a misnomer, since it probably doesn't have any. As always, you're a busy KZbin star are running a home, so no need to reply!

@@timward3116 well I do have to reply to the soda/ pop🥤 convo…. I’ve always called it ‘pop’ being from the Midwest but sometimes say soda bc I feel like it appeals to the wider audience 🤣🤣 Gary has said they call it “fizzy drinks” here, or at least he did 😆

@@mcginnsteph "Fizzy drinks" certainly is descriptive. I should use that one here! Maybe I could start a trend that changes American English forever! I would shorten it to "fizzy," though. "Would you like me to give you a fizzy?" I'd ask. Sounds almost dirty. Late Sunday night there in Ireland, right now! Have a great week!
