Very Nice and inspire me enough. At the moment, I am on the review & analyzed the future organization of our company. OD off course initialized by Business Model. Eventhough we in new normal situation, 65%-70% business model still remain same. Only developing technology through digital make "how the way is change". So...you are right, the key point is LEADERSHIP, or we can call as Digital Leadership. So now, whatever your business model, whatever you start to implement Digital or even AI. You would not gone be success if we can't implemented "Digital Leadership". And the key poin of success is How we can identify what kind of Digital Leadership and how to implement on daily life in organization.

Psychologically and physiologically people need to communicate with (professionally, interpersonally, face-to-face or virtually) and touch (hand shake, pat on back, hug, kiss on cheek) other human beings in order to effectively function. We have not yet begun to understand the negatively implications of the digital era, although we are beginning to see the negative consequences of decreased direct human involvement and more digital communication. Computers cannot forgive, be caring, empathetic, honest, and other critical leadership characteristics. Organizations will be the most effective if they understand and balance the use of technology and traditional human communication methods.

This is very helpful learning to the expert much compact learning rather than shifting to the same title yet the info is not enough.and the presentation is more attractive and very professional rather than drawings icons.from:Philippines new subscriber because of my bsba marketing course in school.
