I really like my Wotencraft bags, but the one design flaw I’ve found is that none of the Armor accessories provide a belt loop. I often wish I could attach one to my belt for quick filter, card, flashlight, teleconverter, or battery access without having it hanging off the bag on my shoulder. I have the 1.4x teleconverter, and usually carry it in one of the side pouches. I would love to get a 2x but have not heard good things about using it on a 100-400, or 200-600. I’d be interested in a video of your experience using the 2x on those and the 70-200 Macro G lens. I’ll look for it on your Patrion page, which I’ve found to be an exceptional resource for the past three years.

I used the 2x Teleconverter with good outcomes on the FE 300mm F2.8 GM and the 70-200 F4 Macro G II as you can see in my reviews of these two lenses. You will a slo see that I used the 2.0x Teleconverter with excellent outcomes at the Australian MotoGP when reviewing the A1 II camera. I am not entirely happy with using the 2.0 Teleconverter on all of the Sony telephoto zooms (preferring to crop in post or use the 1.4x whenever possible). You will notice more degradation to image quality when using the 2.0x Teleconverter when the air quality is poor.

I have a couple of bags also, ended up selling the original add ons because they tend to sag after a while, the only couple I kept was the round ones for some filters. These smaller ones look tempting.

I tend to favour the smaller bags that carry lightweight items - no need to try to squeeze too many items into the interior space as this can slow the changing of lenses and/or cameras etc.

You will notice the only heavy items featured in this video are placed inside a 'Portable Camera Pouch' rather than 'Armor Pouch'. No possibility of 'sagging' bags with this workflow.

I tend to avoid lenses that don’t easily fit in backpacks. I use 300mm and 400mm primes in conjunction with teleconverters so they are easy to carry in regular backpacks. You may need to Google this one. Good luck 🤞
