I use this type of system but I use Reusable bags with sku’s on them and when the item sells, I take it out of the bag throw the bag on the side and reuse the bag again. No sorting boxes, i use numerical numbers and have 3 shelves with over 1k items! Less skus, less shelves and just reuse the bags! I use auto posher to list, Crosslisting, share, create new listings, share and send offers!! I was using Vendoo but just switched.

Thanks sharing. Part of me regrets focusing on shoes. Space is slowly becoming an issue. The only reason I hesitate to reuse bags is the time it would take to file each sku in the appropriate spot everytime I photograph new items. Is it time consuming?

All funds including the shipping cost go into your available funds then you pay for label technically So you didn’t actually pay for the label it just seems like you did

If buyer paid for shipping, when you go to “buy” the label, there is a credit applied to the cost of shipping. So let’s say for example you do a $5 flat rate fee for shipping. Buyer purchases the item. When you go to buy the label, you input the dimensions, weight and shipping service. It will show the cost, but then show “buyer paid $5” and deduct that from how much you need to pay. This is why it’s good to set flat rate fees close to what you expect cost to be…or use “buyer pays calculated shipping” option

I think a couple hundred items would be a good place to start slowly investing in this set up. I started at about 200 items. I started off using random boxes or bins I had around my house. Great video I started using ziplocks years ago,saves items from wrinkling while searching box,also stay clean and folded. Kinda confused how you find item when box has no label. How do you know which box it is in,if you have 6 D boxes? I dont want to search multiple boxes. Will watch this video a few times to try to learn this system. I have never kept a google sheets of skus,just labeled boxes that my item is in. I am very space challenged as well. So i need a good system.

I know where the items are because they are organized in sequential order. The google sheet is great for keeping track of sales, profit per item, and tax purposes. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I would just start implementing this system with new items. When I started this sytem I had close to 200 listings already. I seperated those items into categories, "filed" them at the end of the new items, but did not worry about labeling them with sku #s. We just identified them as "no Skus" and we knew we could find them at the end of the "category letter" behind the newer items. Hope that makes sense.

Pick any of the options even if doesn't fit your percise senerio. Then when they give you a text box to explain tell them what actually happened.
