Just got my first dispute :( buyer said he did not receive the item & having accepted his low offer I did not go to the extra expence ( 5 euro ) to add a tracking number for a 15 euro profit.Is it wiser to not accept offers unless its worth adding a tracking number or is this buyer one in a million? as I feel most of my sales would not be sold at all.I am in my ist 25 sales .Thank you for all your info

Hello Sandra, I had a question I’m new in Poshmark I started listening my items, I listened one bag with tags because it has all the tags, I listen like new with tags . But the next day everything in my listing were not in closet, I received a mail saying that “I kindly ask that you please provide the proof of authenticity for the items " Marc Jacobs crossbody bag, Michael kors tote." This can include your receipt or invoice from the original purchase. Once the authenticity is confirmed, I would be happy to reinstate the account on your behalf.” Sorry that these message is long I really don’t know if I should list items that do have tags , but I dont have receipts because they were a gift or is been to long I had them . Can anybody relate?

This tool doesn't provide enough info to do a comp. You need to know how many are listed currently, and how many have sold in a time range.

Hello Sandra I’m new at Poshmark, I add 5 items in my account and the next day I when check in my closet . I can’t see my 5 items any were in my account. I send email to Poshmark, they replied 5 days later they said I need to show the proof of two items if they are New with receipts . I don’t understand why? I don’t have the receipt any more .

Buyer hasn't paid, and I can't send invoice to the customer because it's "international" :( I'm not sure what to do next :/

What about if the item didn’t qualify but you added another shipping service in order for the buyer to purchase, do you ship normally? I know that you’re now responsible for all. But for example I added USPS first class international service and the buyer paid for the shipping, can I still use any polymailer to ship it or has to be first class envelope?
