I am so thankful I found your channel. I am ADHD and all over the place. I procrastinate and I'm late all the time, I'm forgetful... And self realization is a hard thing so I'm doing everything I can to organize my brain, my home, literally everything. I'm trying to instill healthy habits for my life so I can be more productive which will lead to me being successful. I'm 36 and just not where I want to be in life. I have come a long way on my journey to be organized since starting in December of last year. I am now using 2023 to come up with a system that works for me so I keep scouting KZbin for ideas and changing things around. I must confess that you inspired me to start the process with a financial budget and it is working beautifully. I keep asking myself why I took so long to organize my life🙄. Your video today was an eye-opener in relation to the long term notebook. It really makes sense. I am a Notion girl and that too is a continuous work in progress but I tend to go paper first for the immediate. Your suggestion for a long term notebook is genius🤩. My system has all that you mentioned except the long term notebook. I will also identify the brainstorming notebook (I have many notebooks using right now) after watching this video. Thank you so much for the work you do. I appreciate you.

You can take a picture of your written notes and put it in Google keep and it can grab the text from your picture 🙌🏾
