Think that after 2 years you would probably leave that house anyway!!! You may also consider buying the house :) In my country the person who is living in the house has the chance of buying the house if the owner wants to sell it before the end of the renting contract.

Infelizmente ao planejar, organizar e tentar deizar um ambiente locado ao nosso gosto e bem estar há muitas variáveis possíveis para nos perturbar a mente. Locava um apartamento a proprietária faleceu, as brigas dos herdeiros foram faraonicas, mesmo faltando 1 anos para terminar o contrato decidi me mudar não suportei as idas de possíveis proprietários. Fico triste pois a vista do seu terraço é belíssima, as organizações e gastos para deixar acolhedor à seu contento. Que DEUS te abençoe e proteja, lhe conceda sabedoria, paciência e disposição para encontrar um novo lical melhor que este e que lhe traga paz, harmonia e bênçãos 🙏🙌🙏🌞🇧🇷🌟😘❤

I have been through same circumstances, but finally moved to a place where we have what is known as a secure tenancy, so we can stay here as long as we choose. Hope your situation improves similarly... It helps if you can rent from a corporation or a housing association.

Два года - это очень круто и много времени. Моя арендодатель развелась в мужем и квартира перешла ему. И он потребовал освободить квартиру через месяц, чтобы самому в ней жить, хотя у нас был договор, что меня должны предупредить за два месяца минимум...Но бывший муж арендодателя был такой урод, что с ним бесполезно было разговаривать, только через суд. Вот это был ужас и обида, поскольку я жила в квартире 4 года и исправно платила все взносы, ремонтировала ее и т.д. а получила стресс с экстренным переездом не по своей воле и вине. Два года - это просто мечта.
