Just because something is out of date doesn't mean it's dangerous to eat. Smell it, taste it and if it seems fine, 99% of the time it is! Besides, a lot of things have an expiration date only because that's how long the company is willing to guarantee the product will be satisfactory - with spices, it's usually because they might carry less flavour and if that's the case you can always just use more of it to get the same effect. While it's important to take good care of our bodies it's important not to be wasteful as well! ❤️
