OMG! Who knew Pool Noodle's would be so useful...19 years on eBay I too use pool noodles for all kinds of things, from picture frames, around coffee mug handles, teapot spouts, add them to a shipping box, cut them and then slice them in half they work great and can pick them up cheap at yard sales, got 10 for a dollar last summer. Dollar store also has a supply of them for a dollar each.

My dad works at post office - they literally do throw ALL packages, whether says fragile or not, like frisbees AND all post offices are inundated with packages now that they are overwhelmed. So, yes, assume the worst treatment will happen to your USPS packages

Thank you for sharing all aspects of your business. People don't always realize how much work and time go into running a business. The idea of using pool noodles when packing, I never thought of that. I send packages to family member and always try to protect the items that might break with a lot of bubble wrap but the pool noodles will work so much better for some items.

Sherri the room looks great! if You don't mind me asking, what is the story of this room initially? I noticed the ceiling tiles, which I don't usually see in a residential home. Was this an addition to your home/property at one point or was it originally built for a specific purpose? I'm just being nosy/curious.

Mandy, it’s downstairs in my home so technically it’s our basement and the in-law suite is also located down there where my MIL AND FIL live. I’m not sure what the original owners used that room for but I know they had a “game room” in one area downstairs.
