Hi Tracy, thank you for reminding me of the time I did my systems and routines. I had everything dialed in, and one too many friends gave me a hard time, this was years before menopause, and I tossed it all and tried to wing it. It has been SOOOO hard to find them again now that I am post menopause. Slow and steady right. Thanks for sharing your systems, it's helping me slowly remember mine. The link for the lap desk top is actually for a standing desk, do you happen to remember the name or where you got the desktop laptop stand in the beginning of the video? Thank you so much. Blessings to you,Dee

Hi Tracy, I just saw your new fitness pictures and you are looking amazing. The three week intense sounds very helpful for getting on track with your health. I am wondering if you could organise a similar program but with individual goals in mind, e.g. a program that helps people get on track with a goal that they have, health related or otherwise. I am struggling with being disciplined in other areas of my life.
@TracyHensel5 ай бұрын
Thank you! Yes, that service is offered. Please look into the Health & Wellness Bundle or one-on-one coaching as mentioned in the video. I have over 16 years working with individuals one-on-one to achieve their goals based on their current life situation/season and health status. I cover all of this in the video.

Do you have a video of all the supplements and drinks you take before and after your workout? I think I saw somewhere the way you organised your pre workout drinks but can not which video or if it was on IG.
@TracyHensel3 ай бұрын
I do, but it probably would be old. I only really cover my supplement regime with my one-on-one clients who inquire because it allows me the reasoning behind what I take. I doubt I would share it in depth on a space like KZbin or other marketing platform. I do offer a one-time coaching session where clients are free to pick my brain on topics I don't discuss on the online space.

I can set the optimal routines in place, no problem, but have a hard time sticking to them, even for a few days. I get worn out after a high productivity day. I have five kids but they are not babies anymore (ages 3-9). Im so tired at night and have a hard time doing the things i should do (but are not essential.) i do get the essentials done, always. Any thoughts on this?
@sassysandie28657 ай бұрын
That makes me tired just thinking about 5 kids! Do the best you can and cut yourself some grace when you don’t accomplish everything you want each day.
@TracyHensel7 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing, Julie. Considering how productive and exhausting your days are, It makes sense that you have difficulty sticking to the routines you've created. I encourage you to look for the opportunity in the situation. What can you do differently to ensure you are getting what you set out to do? Perhaps you should try avoiding waiting until evening. Earlier in the day, when you are sharper and have more energy, may be the only tweak needed to succeed. Continue seeking opportunities and adjusting course until you find the best method. Good luck!

I do some of these things and I'm told "you're so extra... you do too much" "it's not that serious"
@TracyHensel7 ай бұрын
Comments like that are coming from an envious place. We all experience envy at times. Some choose to be inspired by others' success, and some choose to make backhanded comments mocking other's success. It’s unfortunate, but it will never change. Those with insecurities about a specific area often feel less than when around those succeeding (like you). That is for them to work through. You can't do anything to change their insecurities. You can’t let their backhanded comments get to you. They have the same choices as you and they simply choose differently and that’s okay, just like it’s okay for you to live a well-managed life. Keep up the great and ‘EXTRA’ work! Thank you for sharing!
