As interesting as they are, there's only so much a human being can do and withstand. And I don't think spending your life replying to the same questions over and over again seems appealing, knowing that you have to manage expectations, go to work, a life in general. 2:34 I legit almost cried during that scene. Explained everything. That moment when you realise that the spirit tree is actually the main antagonist which killed her 3 children and so she had to stop the tree in order to save her last unborn child. But in doing so causes the forest to die off. Talk about the ultimate dictatorship. Do nothing and it kills you and if you stop it, it just kills you slower. If Ori returned Sein to the spirit tree is would kill her last child. Had no choice but to accept death...THE FEELS. RIP Kuro

I don't think so. Kuro's last child was still safe inside it's egg. It's a matter of balancing both Light and Darkness in my opinion. When the Spirit Tree called out to Ori in the beginning it disrupted the balance with too much light, thus killing off Kuro's three hatchlings, who were creatures of Darkness. In her rage Kuro stole Sein. stopping the light altogether, thus killing the forest. At the end Kuro realizes both light and darkness must be kept in balance, because without it they all die along with Nibel.

This is a story where there really is no antagonist; nobody is trying to harm anyone else, and they the characters have completely valid reasons for their actions.

It often feels like Time robs us of the good times, but for things like this, I feel it preserves it. This video, being 8 years old, feels cemented and stable now. And the story of Ori feels like a dream or memory more than an experience.

I was wondering why the medley I was listening to became a private video all of a sudden, I was worried they'd asked you to take it down or something. I don't exactly have the other version on hand to compare anymore, so I'm curious, what did you change besides adding video clips?

***** Hi there, thanks for listening! I wasn't asked to take anything down, it was purely out of choice as listening back, I wasn't entirely happy with my first medley. I spent a lot more time going over the volume levels of the instruments. The 'Restoring The Light' section of the medley (from 1:53 onwards) got the most changes. I increased the tempo significantly as it was far too slow in my previous medley. I also thickened the texture by adding more layers of horns and strings, as well as adding some choir to up the intensity.

I bought a xbox one bout two weeks but gears of war ultimate edition was in it along with ori too but i never pay attention o never decided to play ori cuz i said this game ori suck. Today l was watching youtube videos of gears of war and there was video showed ori the soundtrack oh my god when i heard the music i loved it and i watched a video of ori the game to see how good was and i watched it when his friend died in the beginning and i cried and i stopped watching cuz i wanna play by myself. and then i see this video song oh men i love the song. This song made me to feel different and i want to play the song by myself in my piano. i wish i can put many likes on this song TWO THUMPS UP!!!

Ori is a game witu no villian, yes Kuru is the antagonist, but is not evil, or a villian, the spirit tree is just as bad as her, in this world, both dark and light can be very deadly, thats why there should be a balance, not just dark, or not just light, but both. Other wise, all could ultimately fall, I feel the real message of the game, I could be totally wrong ab this, Im no expert, is that for everyone to be happy and prosper, there needs to be peace.
