I have tech for what to drink in the morning On a workday (I'm blue collar so excuse the energy drink): a propel, a celsius, then a bottle of water On off days: propel, coffee with only like 80mg caffeine, bottle of water Alternatively, you can just have an electrolyte pill and a caffeine pill before the bottle of water (a military friend of mine does this and he highly recommends). You'll be fired tf up. If your schedule allows you to do the thing where you delay the caffeine until 90 minutes after waking up you won't crash at 5pm either 👍. Stay healthy out there, gamers. Water is a 1% efficiency healing potion.
