To keep a good shape, make a curve in the tail! It helps preventing the model from opening (using a good paper that holds the creases or wet-folding it well helps too)

Took me about an hour, but I finally did it! It's not great, but it at least resembles your T Rex! I just started learning origami today (technically, it was 3am), so I struggled with a lot with some folds I've never seen, especially the swivel fold and the rabbit ear fold. Oh! and shaping was near impossible for me- I think it may be the stiffness of the paper and my inexperience, but I couldn't manage that part. Though, with study and practice, perhaps one day I'll be as good as you. At least, I hope so!

Dün akşam seni yapmak için dersimden odun verdim oturdum kuzenim beyzayla birlikte yeşil kağıtla origami yapmaya çalıştık ilk adımlar kolaydı ama sonra okadar kafa karıştırıcı katlamalar yaptın ki beynim katlandı.
