@@TheDoorspook11c that's kinda weird way to phrase that, sounds like you're passive aggressive wainting for a excuse to complain about how superheroes should kill. But answering your question he did appear in a few other comics after that, I'm pretty sure that this isn't even his first appearance, last time I saw him he was in Damian Wayne personal prison where he keeps some of the villains he caught including Black Mask, Atomic Skull, Brother Blood and some other guy I don't recognize, I have the comic with me right now. This of course is from Adam Glass run of the Teen Titans which is from 2019 so is obviously outdated, but since if the villain is in jail or dead they can't fight the hero, he must still be around doing his thing, after all it is safer to use a character that is already stablished and was it's own fan base than try their luck with a new character that might not sell well.

Onomatopoeia honestly seems like a really cool and creepy villain and I like the idea of a serial killer who murders non powered vigilantes, plus his design is menacing as hell. I especially really like Onomatopoeia as a Green Arrow villain. I wish we could see more of this villain and I'm glad he's shown up in shows like Superman and Lois (albeit the character is altered for the show) and I'm looking forward to seeing Onomatopoeia in the upcoming Batman: Caped Crusader animated show.

No disrespect you did a fabulous job. I just can't see this story and not think of when they did a radio play version of it on Hollywood Babble on. They make it funny by using the 60ths voices, and Smith gives you some insight into what the thinking behind certain decision ones. For instance the bit about Batman thinking to himself about what he had been told about the Joker's state of mind. Is word for word what Smith was told what it is like for H addicts when they don't get their fix after he helped his friend into rehab and he said he didn't understand why he couldn't just quit doing it.

Saying the joker doesn't deserve to die because he's mad, when one could argue if he's so mad, maybe you shouldn't punch him in the brain so hard or so often and take him down with the least physical violence, this almost confirms the codependency theory, Bruce needs to keep him alive so he can keep hitting a civic terrorist and playing hero with the same guys. Dumb. And not listening to Gordon, even dumber for aforementioned and expandable reasons. I'm a Batman fan but I don't like this story or ending. Batman going to visit Joker in a weak-ass disguise that would give away his identity is dumb, then imagine the rustling and belt jangling as he's dressing up as Batman because Joker while lying in bed smiling creepily asked him to, that's sus at the very least.

It's not like Batman has never killed him, it's just that when Batman does he always ends up stopping being the worlds greatest detective and becomes the worlds greatest serial killer. And that is if it's a universe that is lucky. If you have a Batman like Zack Snyder then yes I agree him not killing Joker is dumb and Snyder doesn't seem to understand that concept. I can accept a Batman who on occasion does kill, but in BvS alone he kills roughly half a dozen guy for simply being in his way, he's fully prepared to kill Superman, and I'm supposed to believe this Batman wouldn't have put the Joker six feet under after killing Robin?

@@Tommy66286 I don't really disagree, hence why I thought Joker being alive in the DECU was dumb. And even in regular canon, Bruce could stop him in other ways. Jonn can rearrange his mind into becoming sane, it will leave him with crippling guilt but so what? It would keep people safe. Bruce knows every single way of putting bodies out of commission that would still leave him alive. Yet chooses not to as Ledger Joker's says "misplaced sense of self righteousness." Similar to Daredevil, except for Matt it's his belief that he will end up in hell if he kills. For Bruce its a mixture of following the Doctors code from his father. Except he does do harm so he has had to put a limit on how much harm. And then there is his fear that he realizes that while there are more powerful beings on the planet. He is one of the most dangerous people on the planet with lots of anger and trust issues. Including not fully trusting himself to be able to stop once he gets to see how simple and better things would get if he first starts with the number one enemy. I don't consider all life to be sacred and all equally worth no matter what they have done. We have some real world Jokers, some of which are running entire countries. I won't shed a tear when their time comes in whatever form that takes. I'm even for the death penalty in theory but except for cases that are 1000% clear cut without doubt. I do not trust us to get it right given just how many people are released from prison after being proved innocent. The american prison system is a money laundering and slavery scheme on top of serving as penalty. And the methods we use is barbaric. The guards who have no medical experience whatsoever is somehow supposed to know how to freeze someone on death row to death using liquid nitrogen in a humane way? But if I had walked into the room and put the person out of their misery with a bullet to the head I would now be convicted of murder. How does that make sense when this is real world we are talking about? I can even understand that there are certain crimes in which you would want the person to experience pain and suffering. It's why I didn't think you should have sent the boys who took care of their father after finding out what he had done to their little sister and the police let him go. Give them court mandated counseling to deal with the trauma and keep tabs to make sure this was an isolated incident and not a start of a career in crime. But I wouldn't put them in prison for it. That was also personal. I think the consequences of having that be someone's job could lead to unforeseen consequences. You think priests attracts a certain crowd? It's bad enough that we have to let the FBI, CIA and the military torture people to death. Some minimum wage guy with mental health issues who can't get a job anywhere else. We'd be creating monsters who would take it into practice outside office hours. It's why I can't understand why we have can easily put down animals humanly. But we are supposed to believe the things that can kill a horses, rhinos and elephants without pain isn't powerful enough for an execution?
