So Spider-Man is able to be punched, kicked, blown away from explosions and his Spider sense fails him on all of those occasions, but when it comes to being shot suddenly his Spider sense should have worked? His Spider sense if it was that good should prevent him from getting hit in almost all locations, but if he is able to still be struck with a fist which is significantly slower than a bullet, then he is still vulnerable to bullets and should be even more so than a punch.

I think all the deaths make no sense because all the characters are in a comic book titled "Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe." So Deadpool always has to win every fight and kill every character even when it shouldn't be possible. Like Deadpool shouldn't normally be able to just shoot Spider-Man like that. Sue Storm would never let her guard down so easily since she knows his healing powers. Hulk wouldn't just smash Deadpool then leave him to regenerate and go to sleep; also the Hulk is very hard to kill, even when caught by surprise in his human form. All the characters are trapped in a comic book that guarantees Deadpool will kill all of them. That's why Deadpool is effortlessly able to mass murder his way through all these extremely powerful characters. He's empowered by the meta fiction, the 4th wall break. He's winning because the comic's writers are writing it that way for the story.

That's the point. If writers followed every rule for every character, there wouldn't be able to write these stories. It is silly that Spidey's danger sense didn't activate and his brain turned into mush? Yep. But that's a "what if" scenario, like many other in these stories.

@@MakotoTheGray The spider sense not activating is actually the most excusable thing in the comic, as its a known weakness of spiderman that his senses don't work properly when the treat comes from someone that is considered a friend, and in the start of the comic it paint both having a nice time, wich might confused his senses there. In a way the comic try to explore the weakness of some characters as if they didnt had no plot armor.

@@sic111 I think his spider-sense not activating is a sneaky comminatary on how spider-mans spidersense really works - It activates when the writers need it to activate. Spider-mans getting punched and hit in non-lethal ways all the time and it never flips because the writers want him to take those hits. So, when Deadpool see's behind the curtain and he knows he'll succeed, it works. Because Spiderman has no power, the writers do, the story does.

Kind of like a person hacking a game. At least this way it’s less of Deadpool being stronger than everyone, and more so Deadpool cutting down a couple pieces of colored paper. But they really just went with a way stupider idea of Deadpool just killing everyone with weird prep time Batman logic.
