Hello! Knowing Qbox is backward compatible…Do you know of anything that will not work with Qbox framework for sure? This is amazing.

We have had several clients who have used and continue to use this script with qbox, I don't recall any major issues that caused the script to not work well, so I'd say it should work perfectly.
