Lifelong Storm fan here - Loireo has gone up a level this year. Defensively he has been a rock for the Storm, doesn’t take shite, and tirelessly works hard. He seems to have flushed out his errors finally and he’s also filled out physically which has helped him. Fully deserves his spot in the QLD team.

QLD forward's guys, got massive task ahead. NSW forward packs are big, fast , and strong, and they have meanness. For qld, it's up to forwards, how much space and time they can provide for backs. Go, Queenslanders! ❤

Capewell is a big team guy. QLD need leaders to provide clarity to play the game they want to play. They don’t have the bulk to pick from so ball movement and speed is their strength. In order to do so they need clarity to limit mistake and increase accuracy. It’s why Fifita isn’t in - he’s got a mistake in him when he gets the red mist. Also a mistake on D. It’s also why a second back is on the bench and dual hookers. NSW need to limit time and space, also pressure and take wind out of them with heavy carries
