Technically, after and before, due to all the time / dimension travel bits. But, yeah, this is Post Council of Reeds / Post Mad Celestials / Post Death (and the return of) Johnny Storm. Hickman makes a few nods to it throughout. Especially with that dead Galactus you'll see later.

To be fair, the only reason the heroes even know something is wrong is because of Doom / Molecule Man's interference. The Beyonders' plan was basically to destroy an infinite multiverse in one act to see what happens. Doom's creation of the incursions created a chain reaction for the Illuminati to do everything they did (and its a self genesis scenario since it brought Doom to Molecule Man too). Presumingly the Beyonders would have still killed Marvel's cosmic pantheon and they'd still have the Living Tribunal's corpse on the moon, but otherwise, no life boat, no time to try and prevent multiversal armageddon, it would all be just a flash of white light and oblivion.

This story shows that doctor doom is just such a wildly intelligent man who thinks outside of the box, yes some of his decisions have dire consequences that he might have accounted for with a chance of slight error but he commits to it with 100% of his being. Doctor Doom is truly an epic character

The thing that cracks me up this whole scenario is that the Beyonders inadvertently created the Incursions and their downfall by having Dr Doom discover the material left behind by the Map Makers that were created to find Dr Doom in the first place; so theoretically if the Beyonders just let it play out they never would have made the Map Makers and Dr Doom would never have become Rabum Alal.

I've been only able to buy a few here and there I'm a reprint or dollar bin guy I love getting $20 and getting 18-20 comics. Amazing artwork. I get 4 full page illustrations that's a quarter each as much as printing out yourself. But the real deal. I haven't got to do much of the comic browsing now. I miss doing that though. Lol.
