I am at loss for words, for 20 years since he left back in 2001, It's nice to see the original rhythm player and lead player together once again. You both really shaped me into my playing (along with Matt, can't forget his work on The Impossibility and Self-Titled), Damn! He was 27 in 2001? He looked like he was the same age as y'all at the time (Early 20s) It's great to finally hear the story of what went down from both y'alls perspective in this point in time of Chimaira's history. To me, making the choice between kids and a big music career, that's what a man does, taking care of his family and kids first, that's a what a real man does. Bless Jason for that. I will say, yes, I know those two albums mostly ''Present Darkness'' and ''POOE" are both Nu Metal, but who the hell cares? Jason and your Riffs, fucking class A badass. It left a huge impact on Nu Metal fans and Jason's legacy, will forever be a part of that and Chimaira period. But man! He still got it! I cannot tell you how many riffs you guys inspired on my playing. What's this? Y'all playing early stuff on DROP A ON a SIX STRING?!?!??!!? HELL YEAH!

This is really cool. It hurts to see my metal idols grow older. I saw my favorite band Deicide a few months ago at the end of their tour and my girlfriend wondered why I was sad after the show. Glen looked much older. He didn't say much that night and left once the show was over. Almost cried but had to man up 🤘

Dope video and interview. Seeing him riff this old song was awesome.
