I'm an old guy with bad knees. I attend small church in rural New Hampshire and have a habit of dozing through parts of it. Church can be an effective sleep aid up here. The middle ages and Renaissance gave us the music of Orlande de Lassis. ( Listen to ' Com falda di Neve fro' . Listen to Miserere mihi Domine ( Allegri). Many.hymns have been written for love of Mary but none more beautiful than by Vavilov ( he published it as Cacchinis Ave Maria because he thought Soviet officials might keep it out of press. These will surely delight you.
