받침대는 발 받침대를 쓰나요? 기타에 부착하는 무릎받침대를 쓰나요? 무릎받침대를 쓴다면 어떤 제품이죠? 전 무릎받침대를 쓰니까 오른쪽 어깨가 아파서 오래 연습하기 힘들더군요. 무릎받침대 없이 하면 등이 구부정해져서 등이 아프고요. 발받침대를 쓰면 골반이 더 틀어질 것 같아 못쓸것 같아요.
