Who else’s spirituality is expressed through the essence of tool? Whatever it is, whatever it’s anger, humility, sarcasm, seething awareness, or however else it is or could be described… I guess the fact that I feel it, like feel something in it. I also feel the archetypal gravity in its pairing with Alex Gray’s art… nonetheless, I remember as a young girl, people thought Maynard was God, or Danny Carrey was some sort of Alien… I came from a small and very oppressive background… lol.. but to have that power, to have that vehicle or vessel that is able to strike into something that is interstellar and soul vibrational, is pretty damn great… I am an unconventional fan… and I hope that this causes all and any to either cringe or say to themselves… I’m not alone…. Had the honor to see this live in 2007, you could hear a pin drop in the venue. Such respect for this song, and seeing/hearing it live was indescribable. Hair literally stood up on back of my neck and tears were flowing. ❤

My son and I experienced Tool at the Tacoma dome 2023. I had chill bumps too many time to remember and yea a tear or many also. I am 62 years young and have been to many concerts and it is without a doubt Tool is the best. Rush is a very close second thought!

I can feel the dimensions of it. Of course having been absorbed in fractals in the past helps to understand the art in 2D haha. The whole vibe of the song with the movement of the patterns almost reminded me of a brief moment of the Salvia dimension and how utterly unspeakable it was haha.

If you're asking how I generated the graphics, I'm using a software called Chaotica. It has dozens of pre-set transformations that the user can graphically cause to interact with each other, change their relative positions, orientations, scales, etc., and the software graphs the results. I assemble the frames in a video editing product, but they're generated with Chaotica. If you're asking how TOOL creates transcendent musical magic, I can only guess.
