Managed to put it together, but video perspective was a bit too zoomed-in at times, not always clear what pieces were being used and where.

the cabinet door was not assembled well.... 14:25 , that is exactly the trouble most people will end up having, you should have shown how to make adjustments you mentioned.

Maybe you attached the drawer sliders in the wrong way? Try going back to the instructions that relate to the assembling of the drawers and check everything over again.

Yeah all the videos I found were like that so I gave up and just followed the manual and it was really easy for me to follow. Except for the hinges part. Took forever to adjust those things.

The work space on top of the desk is 41 and 1/4 inches in length and 19 1/2 inches in width. You can use that as a reference as monitors and pcs come in different sizes.

I think IKEA has "certain" replacement parts. You can ask them if they have that specific part but from what I experienced, you'll most likely have to return the whole desk and exchange it for a new one.
