In this video, Tim demonstrates his dance moves - again. This is really a great way to mobilize and energize the body. You can also laugh at this, but you still need to try it!

I love your videos. This one in particular is so useful for those who do not have a lot of space to move. Plus, your flow reminds me of a natural contemporary dancer without showing “dancer’s technique”. Did you ever study dance? You are a natural mate!

it is a kind of "infinity dance". Have you noticed that you kind of draw a "figure eight" with your chin, and even with your hands if you totally relax your arms ? Great stuff as usual Tim !
@OriginalStrengthSystem4 жыл бұрын
Paul, Yes! It’s really very similar to the infinity circle video I made except now the arms are relaxed and allowed to sway with the body. That figure eight is a powerful movement!

Tim Thanks. I also did this while leaning back on my TRX bands. Eyes closed made me think of the rocking / swaying motion a fetus experiences as the mother walks through her daily chores. The vestibular system is developing that early in our neural growth -- especially in the six weeks prior to birth. Talk about a reset. Prebirth neuronal reset :)

Yes! We teach about those movements in the womb and how they build the nervous system in our workshops! It’s such an amazing design.!

Your devotion to service is inspiring. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I commented on a video from Andrew yesterday and mentioned how the Work affects the singing voice. And here you are talking about two of the greatest artists in history. Here’s something that this move reminds me of from my friend Stephen Elliott. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHO3gXWYgriYfbc We also did The Six Bridges audio together that ties in to all that you do. You amaze me with your generosity. If folks followed your lead of leading by feeling great first I think that this social distancing experience/experiment will give us the time to reset our selves, our families and our communities. This isn’t hyperbole. Happily this is simply the awareness that the direction you’re setting is setting us all up for thriving. Think about that. This tragedy will connect us all to feeling good. Feeling good as our new default states. You rock, Tim!

Stephen, Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. I am truly grateful. AND, thank you for showing me Constant Bear! That was pretty interesting. I think I’ll play with that too!

Hello can you please do a video on how to restore balance? Some people have lost balance due to vestibular issues (PPPD, VERTIGO, ETC) and they have constant dizziness. Will this exercise help????
@OriginalStrengthSystem3 жыл бұрын
It could help, but my rolling videos would probably be a better place to start. In rolling, you want to roll where you can without moving into dizziness. No matter how small the movement, it is good movement. If you search on KZbin, Original Strength rolling you should find my rolling playlist. There are several rolling videos. And some people with vertigo have been able to roll and improve / remove their symptoms - but everyone is different. I hope this helps some.
