Yet not a single Tigrayan is allowed to live a comfortable lives and become a residence in Eritrea. However, each and every Tigrayan refrains from censuring or accusing Eritreans or Oromos, instead directing blame at Fano and the Amhara Special Forces who intervened in the conflict to reclaim lands unjustly seized from the Amhara in 1991 by the TPLF and subsequently integrated into Tigray.

Even Samia Zekaria, the chief secretary of TPLF'S Ethiopian Central Statistical Agency during parliamentary discussion admitted a staggering decrease of over 2.4 million individuals in the federal state of Amhara, with their whereabouts unknown. They managed to give autonomous territories to other ethnic groups within the Amhara region but the millions and millions of Amharas stuck in other regions got no such recognition. Where you don't get it right is when you say Amharas attacked Tigrayans in Wolkait and Oromos in Oromiya, It's completely the opposite. Have you heard about the genocide in Wollega province (in Oromiya) against the Amaharas, perpetrated by the Oromos? Where tens of thousands have been slaughtered and even burned alive? Same thing in Benishangul regional state. How about the massacre committed by TPLF forces in Maicadra, in Wolkait? FANOs have never entered in Tigray's territory. Try to deepen your knowledge about what the situation really looks like in the country. Many Western organizations and even states have a biased view of the situation, but it is deliberate. Don't forget that the TPLF and the OLF are their Troy horses, they call them their boys, because they are the remnants of the collaborators with Italy during the 1936- 1941 occupation.

First, it’s important to understand that there was no significant Amhara political group involved in the creation of the 1991 Ethiopian constitution. The constitution was mainly written by Oromo, Tigray, and some other smaller ethnic parties. Historically, Amharas have lived in almost every region of Ethiopia, including Oromia, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR), Gambella, and Benishangul-Gumuz. However, in many cases, Amharas living in these regions are not counted as Amhara but as part of the dominant ethnic group of that region. For over 30 years, Amharas have peacefully claimed territories like Welkait and Raya, which were taken and incorporated into neighboring regions. Despite these peaceful efforts, no one took these claims seriously or attempted to resolve the issue. This ignorance and unwillingness to address the Amhara people's concerns have led Ethiopia into its current political problems.

The 1991 constitution was intentionally designed to exclude the Amhara people. During that time, Amharas were actively facing genocidal actions in parts of Tigray, like Welkait and Raya, and even in parts of Oromia and the former SNNP region. In Tigray, many Amharas were forcibly displaced, and those who remained were forced to speak only Tigrinya, further erasing their identity. Amharas have consistently raised political issues and demanded an end to displacement and ethnic cleansing. However, the TPLF (Tigray People's Liberation Front) ignored these peaceful demands. Meanwhile, in Oromia, Amharas faced ethnic cleansing and genocide during the transition from the Derg regime to the Ethiopian Federal Democratic Republic (EFDR). When Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed came to power, many hoped for a change, with both Fano and Qeerro playing a role in the resistance that led to his rise. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the country's deep-seated issues, Abiy continued with his Oromia-centric policies, pushing the agenda of "Oromummaa" and trying to extend Oromo influence over all of Ethiopia. For example, in Gurage, people were pressured to abandon their language and identity, and the SNNP region was deliberately weakened.

In Tigray, Abiy aimed to diminish their political power after the genocidal war, hoping to turn them into subservient allies. The war devastated not only Tigray but also large parts of Amhara and Afar. In the past, Abiy even engaged in conflict with the Somali region. While these wars raged, Abiy’s government and the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) continued to commit genocidal acts in Oromia, particularly in Wellega, Arsi, and parts of Shewa. Despite these actions, Abiy specifically ordered the disarmament of Amhara special forces and Fano, turning them into civilians, while allowing the Oromia special forces to remain intact, claiming they needed protection from OLA. However, it's well-known that OLA also attacked Amhara regions, such as Ataye and Kemissie, during Abiy’s regime, in an attempt to cleanse Amharas from these areas. Thanks to Fano's resistance, there have been fewer OLA attacks on Amhara regions. Even though Abiy used fighter jets and drones against Fano, he was not successful in defeating them, aside from causing civilian casualties. I hope you consider these recent genocidal events and the overall context when making your next video.

It is like the,Rwandan ruling party who protects Tutsi from total extiniction. The genocider Abiy Ahmed kills hundreds of civilians every day including kids and pregenant women's. Very poorly researched report. Have you ever reported or attempted to find out about why the Oromo Apartheid regime Abiy Ahmed is massacring Amhara aka Amhara Genocide ? Fanos are freedom fighters against colonial invaders. They are responsible for keeping Ethiopias freedom from colonization by the colonial powers. During the repressive TPLF Tigres control regime, Fanos werenotinthepicture. It's when the Oromo Apartheid Abiy regime armies were defeated while fighting with TPLF and retreated to Amhara region Abiy needed and agitated Fanos to take shape and save his falling regime in the name of Ethiopia. Then Fanos started from scratch and defeated TPLF and save Abiy from the fleeing toanothercountry. The Fano movement is the result of 50 years of oppression. Though the immediate cause of the fighting with Abiy government is caused by their attempt to disarm Amhara, the struggle is actually an effort to survive as a tribe.
