Melchizedek is an antediluvian like Enoch, a wise Angel-Like Sage being with traits of a man. Together they make up 24 Elders that Sit around the Throne of Christ, a rainbow gemstone encircles the Throne, and 7 Candles are lit, this may also be the room with the 7 Pillars Wisdom has built from proverbs, in The Order of Melchizedek, Melchizedek is the Head of the Order, but Jesus is the High Priest in the Order. What happened after the flood where Mechizedek is concerned...this tied in for me well after listening to the book of Melchizedek...also he is not in the published Bible as the other prophets, take for example Abraham and he was high priest, and king in Salem when Ahraham arrived after defeating the arm and took back his nephew Lot...this is all coming together and making sense...please publish more...I was asking God, just now before finding your article/video, where Melchizedek came from. In the inner studies exoteric schools, Mechizedek is a very ancient being. He will make appearances if we are serving God and humanity by doing activities of service such as but not limited to: feeding the homeless, helping humanity to evolve by doing activities that increases consciousness!

My personal theory regarding the identity of Melchizedek is that (a) much like Enoch and Noah and the righteous man Job, he was a mortal Gentile who walked with God during a pre-Moses/pre-Law era, and (b) he was ordained directly by God to be a Priest-King in a similar manner by which David was later ordained to be king of Israel. Other scholars might try to disagree with this view by claiming that Melchizedek was not a mortal Gentile at all but was actually the Lord Jesus Himself in a pre-incarnate form. This view is based on Hebrews 7:3a which says that Melchizedek was “without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life.” However, this line is also easily interpreted to simply mean that there is no written account of the man’s birth, death, or family lineage. And aside from this line, the rest of the chapter refers to the two figures as if they are two separate people. In fact, verse 7:3b says that Melchizedek was “made like" unto the Son of God and does *not* say that he *was* the Son of God. Further, if Jesus and the priest-king Melchizedek were actually the same person, then, logically, Jesus should have been both a priest *and* a king after the Order of Melchizedek. However, Jesus only continued the *priesthood* of Melchizedek as per Psalm 110:4 and *not* the kingship, but rather instead inherited and continued the kingship of His Jewish ancestor David, thus making Him a Jewish King with a *Gentile* Priesthood. Seeing then how David and Melchizedek, both being Christ-figures, are technically equals in this regard, it does not make sense for Melchizedek to be a pre-incarnate version of Jesus unless the same can also be said of David. And since Jesus and David, for obvious reasons, could not possibly have been the same person, there are no real grounds for making such claims about Melchizedek.

Just to add to why people believe melchizedek is a pre incarnation of Jesus is because of the titles he is given such as the a priest forever or king of peace which are only really used to describe Jesus. Also in John there are passages where Jesus states he met with Abraham which you could say this adds to the argument. I for one find genesis full of mysteries and wonder and have peace In knowing one day it shall all be made known as i dont think its clear. Okay. You guys might not know this but Melchizedek is Shem. The first son of Noah. It's one of his names. Abraham was raised by Noah and Shem when he left his father's house and country because his life was threatened by Nimrod. His father Terah was a general in Nimrod's army at that time. All these can be found in the book of Jasher that was referenced in the Bible in the book of Judges. It is one of the the books that were removed from the Bible. Abraham honored Melchizedek (Shem) with his tithe because he was raised and trained by him. So Abraham saw him as a spiritual leader(his priest) and because priests receive tithes in the stead of God, Abraham paid tithe to him. Read the book of Jasher for more insight. Without a doubt the validity of all ancient text should be under scrutiny. That also extends to the "Book of Jasher" that you are referencing. The oldest copies of "Jasher" and "Pseudo-Jasher" date back to circa 1552-1625. They are not considered to be genuinely antediluvian and can not be the same book referenced in the bible as they were written long after. Thank you and God bless you.

JESUS CHRIST IS MELCHISEDEC : Just because people put scriptures as what we call the old testament , and gospel as the new testament ; they are the same ; the words of The Most High God , the Father : His Spirit or another name ; the Holy Spirit . Question , Did Abraham , Isaac , Jacob , David , etc ....... live and die before Jesus Christ came in the flesh ? If the answer is yes , how were they justified from sin ? These men wll be in the kingdom of God . The apostle Paul stated in Romans 3:23 , " For all have sinned , and come short of the glory of God " ; So how can anyone before Jesus resurrection and appearing before the Father for our sins be justified ? Question ! How are you justified from the transgression of the law of God ? The justification goes through a priesthood ; which ministry the sacrifice for you . Since Adam was the first man to transgress the law of God , how was he justified ? The justification back to the Most High God comes by faith , not by animal sacrifice ; which came through the Leviticus priesthood in the wilderness , to the children of Israel . Adam could not have been justified by animal sacrifice , and he died long before the atonement of faith ( Jesus Christ ) came in the flesh , died and became the atonement through faith . What priesthood is mention at the time of Abraham ? Genesis 14:18-20 , " 18.And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God. 19And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth: 20And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all. The Most High God is the Father , and Melchisedec is priest of The Most High God . Jesus is the atonement for our sins , but most people do not realize , that this represents TWO TYPE OF SINS ; the sin of the first death that Adam put ALL of us under , the grave ; which is the free gift , nothing is required , even if you do not believe in Jesus : As people say , Jesus did all the work . By sinning against the laws of God , Adam condemned the entire creation back to the dust of the ground ; for all have sinned and come shot of the glory of God . By living a righteous life , unblemished without sin , Jesus was not worthy to die as we are ; so he died not for himself , but for ALL who have transgressed the laws of the Father ; which is given to ALL who have ever lived ; that how he defeated death , by overcoming sin . By defeating sin ; which brings on death , now ALL will be resurrected from their first tabernacle ( body ) , and live forever in their second tabernacle ( body ) ; but can we dwell with the Father , if we die in our first tabernacle in sin ? 1 John 1:5-7 , " This then is the message which we have heard of him , and declare unto you , that God is light , and in him is no darkness at all . If we say that we have fellowship with him , and walk in darkness , we lie , and do not the truth : But if we walk in the light , we have fellowship one with another , and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from ALL SINS " . The free gift redeems you from the sins of the first death , the grave , but to dwell with the Father in his kingdom , something else is required . The God of Israel has always required that you repent of your sins with a sorrowful heart ( like king David did in Psalm 32 & 51 ) ; and believe by obedience ; which means to start keeping his laws/commandments/instructions ; which includes all covenants ; that's how you have faith with him , by obedience . Who was he before he came in the flesh ? By redeeming you from the first death of the grave with the free gift , now your tabernacle , or body from heaven ( 1 Corinthians 15:35-38,42-51 ) is in danger of the lake of fire ; because you cannot dwell with the Father in darkness ( sin ) . Before the children of Israel were given the law of animal sacrifice for the first tabernacle or body , the God of Israel required all men to live by faith ( repenting of their sins with a sorrowful heart ( mind ) and start walking in the light . Why does Proverbs24:16 say this ? Proverbs 24:16 , " For a just man falleth seven times , and riseth up again : but the wicked shall fall into mischief " ? Answer , if a just man falleth seven times , then he is redeemed seven times by repenting and believing like king David ; remember this was long before Jesus came in the flesh . For the atonement of sin of the heart , it requires a sacrifice ; a sacrifice through faith , under a priesthood . What priesthood was around at the time of Abraham ? Answer , The priesthood of Melchisedec . How was Melchisedec identified in Hebrews 7 ? ( King of Righteousness , King of Salem , King of peace , without father , without mother , without descent , having neither beginning of days , nor end of life ; but made like unto the Son of God ; abideth a priest continually ) . John 5:37 , " And the Father himself , which hath sent me , hath borne witness of me . Ye have neither heard his voice at any time , nor seen his shape " ; which means that the one most call Yahweh , or Jehovah , or I AM , or God Almighty , or The God of Abraham , Isaac , and Jacob , and Melchisedec ; is none other then the one who came in the Father's name in John 5:43 . John 5:43 , " 43.I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. Something to ponder: You stated below that there are two "Gods" yet the word "God" was not used in the original Aramic / Hebrew language. The word used was Elohim ( either singular or plural, meaning mighty one/s, depending on context of the text), as well as the phrase "The Elohim" ( referring to the Mightiest One of all with no comparison). This means there are many mighty ones but only One Most High (who is Spirit, John 4:24) Yahshua as His only begotten Son, would be next in line of the spiritual higharchy. One thing to consider is that one does not inherit the "title" Father until He has an offspring of his own, thus Yahshua, as the beginning of His Father' creation (Rev 3:14) , made better than the angels (Hebrews 1:4), is His Son before the foundation of the world (John 17:24), and the creator of the heavens and earth Gen 1:1). You might take notice that "The Father" ( who again is Spirit) moved gently over the face of the waters (Gen. 1:2) throughout the creation story and was collaborated with in Gen. 1:26. If you study all the ancient books especially the book of Enki and the truth of man kind creation you will see that he is the real Messiah.....for Jesus wasn't a name of the Jews nor the mesopotamian era.....this is why he doesn't appear in the KJV of the Bible ....this is why the book of Enoch is not recognized. although it was the true Bible of that time ...and now .
