i think your jersey sale idea doesn't make much sense as those online stores that you set up for free tend to take 90% of the profits. Also lets face it this games player-base is going to be majority children. So a idea that i think would work is to have in-game cosmetics for each premier league, Think R6 where there is bundles for each esport team in witch they get profit share from.
