2:20 - why do you do crosses during room entering, while 1st person entering 2nd has to pull muzzle up, when opponent appears e.x. doors in room - he cant engage because 1st person is in his way. Am I missing something? Thanks!

So I am 17 and I live in California. I plan on going into law enforcement, but don't want to be one of those cops that does the least amount of training as possible. My primary goal in life is to better myself and preserve other's lives. That's kinda irrelevant to my questions. If I wanted to train with OTG, is that possible being a minor? It is an entire doctrine which also includes moving into the room a short distance, hence limiting your penetration into the room...
