For those interested 20 mm coin capsules are what I used to upgrade my worker chips. (Capstone games version) Fantastic! Worked very well and I wont miss the upgraded bits that were like 60 bucks when I checked.

I'm so confused about this game. So many people have it in their top 10-20 lists, but at the same time many people consider it very mediocre. And I really love the theme. Anyway, great review, Kyle!

omg this video is awesome Kyle! 💕 loved the overview so much, BUT I think the theme fits kinda… and as a themer (and to channel Maggie from ThinkerThemer lol), the “chips” are the followers: white are farmers, blue are boatmen, brown are craftsmen, grey are scholars, black workers are merchants, reds are knights, yellow are monks. does everyone else just call them by their colours??? 🤪 ALSO! you gotta get the school! makes the scholars wild followers so they can be any other follower 📚

Great overview and review! I recently won a copy of Orleans & look forward to playing it. Have you tried the Invasion expansion? I've been curious about that for the cooperative & solo scenarios.

I know you asked this a year ago maybe it could be useful to someone else. I almost always played this with my wife and it plays amazingly. It is slightly better at 3 of 4,but at 2 it's great too. I strongly recommend the invasion expansion, it's IMHO the best expansion ever and makes this game my favourite one.
