Hello joe good morning I love this home what a amazing floorplan i love the kitchen the kitchen is gorgeous i love the living room so nice and spacious i live the backyard with the outdoor living and the beauty full pool i live the primary bedroom and bathroom its so beautyfull the upstairs is amazing there is so Mutch space for entertaining i love the cast bedrooms and bathrooms and i realy like the laundry room this is a home what i would choose thank you for showing us this gorgeous home take care and have a amazing day Sincerely Anja

Joe. Good morning. Happy Sunday. This home looks amazing. Will comment only what I don’t like as I believe my comment will be outrageous. 😂 Ok. I’m watching now. A backyard of this magnitude for entertaining numerous guests should’ve had a rear bathroom than walking through the house wet to the 1/2 bath. Don’t care for the tub although lovely; in the middle of the en-suite. Don’t need it. This home is amazing. The lack of rear bathroom the only thing I would want otherwise it’s near perfect. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Beautiful and thanks for explaining the details of this house while filming. The music compliments everything. (P.S. Nice dress outfit, dude! I'll definitely make certain the jacket is more custom slim fit. 🙂) There is no doubt that Toll Brothers is a great builder and the quality of construction is one of the best in the business -- but! But! They are massively very expensive, but worth every penny. The base price being only $1mil, I can only imagine after all the upgrades and other modifications, it will be well around the $2mill range.

oh noooo. it's not like that at all. I have a pool and I had the pool builder pre-install footers for a cage, just in case there were too many bugs. Let's just say, I didn't install a cage screen.

This home has a nice floor plan, but there is too much white in the home which makes the house feel boring. At this price point they could have added colored cabinets in the master bathroom, maybe the laundry room at minimum. Why are people still using bird bath pedestals in bathrooms today? Could have used a floating vanity or something more interesting.
