The job market is horrible in Orlando. The jobs are low paying. There are no office parks with professional jobs. Orlando is nothing but theme park jobs or food or retail. Tell me what corporations are here in Orlando area? We have a lousy downtown and no professional jobs in Winter Garden.

Clermont is getting overdeveloped and destroyed. Take a drive down 27. It will be more crowded than Davenport when all the new construction is done. If you touch Clermont I’d only consider North Clermont, almost in Minneola by South Lake.
