The cabinets in the kitchen should have gone to the ceiling….and they are too dark in colour. Love the house overall but it is a bit confused. The fitting in the downstairs half bath look very traditional in an otherwise modern house. Also, the showers should be frameless glass for the price point….

This is great video. Love the way you explain and shoot. But..but...but, why you have to use a camera lens that make things look deeper. That’s just not right. Its misleading the actual room size. Please use regular lens.

Hey La La, this particular model takes a very long time to build. 1.5 years OMG.. They usually build them as an inventory and sell them. If you were to build you can upgrade to no carpet. But If they have a luxury community in Tampa, they will have another floor plan that will be similar, but the name will be different. This is the Santa Bella floor plan.
