Love, love, LOVE this! A master suite AND an in-law suite on the first level! That optional balcony is ♨! You can just sit back, relaxed, and look out over the water. The loft sitting area and bonus/media room are perfect family spaces. The other bedrooms are good sized and have nice sized closets. The bathrooms are all perfectly appointed. Those Toll Brothers know how to design and build houses!

This house is so beautiful, and i love the way it was filmed. Personally, I think a darker wooden floor would have given it more personality but I get they wanted to match the indoors floor with the outdoors too.

I would switch the dining room and living room. Because you want a certain image in your line of sight when you walk in the front door; the family hanging around...relaxing by the fireplace...or watching the television. Its a picture I have in my head. XD

Love this home. Turn in law suite into master bath room . Take out tub .,,a smaller shower...add stackable washer and dyer. Master bed upstairs and full washer and dryer.

I think the top balcony should be another small kitchen/dining area with a fire place. Then add pocket doors for the indoor/outdoor feel whenever you want it. It would be nice to have a laundry room upstairs though. Maybe turn one of the rooms into one?

What do they mean by _optional_ this and that? Like they will take it out of your floorplan?

It just means the configuration is different. For example the kitchen island is smaller at the base price. There is an option to make it bigger for an added expense.
