I don't think it effect orochi much in 1v1. The nerf i think meant to make orochi not too OP in 4v4 gank fight like in dominion or elim. Orochi still a beast, especially in the right hand.

I was not aware of the nerf until I noticed the side heavies were a bit off haha(but hardly noticeable) . There's not much of a noticeable difference in a practical setting.

See I really just want the heavy deflect for Orochi back, with the recovery dodge or gb half way through like before. Orochi feels so... 1 note without it.

I’m glad they’re nerfing orochi. If the players don’t like something then it should be fixed. I never had a major issue with him, with orochi being my first main, I could get into their heads like “what would I do if I were them”. So I had a slightly easier time fighting orochi. I can see how he can be broken sometimes though

The nerfs : - Zephyr slash (side dodge + light attack) is no longer plus on block - Top heavy finishers deals 30 dmg (down from 32) - side heavy finishers have shorter hitbox (to fit the visuals) - heavy finishers now have less forward movement - dust devil (front dodge + kick) linked with a heavy finisher takes now 100ms longer between the two moves (meaningfull in 4v4 when switching targets)

My Orochi is a she not a he. Characters in For Honor are class types and it's not their actual name because there is more than one individual hero.

The nerf looks bigger than it is on paper. It mainly targets 4v4s and if you know what you're doing, Orochi mains should be fine.
