My wife bought me a pair for my birthday. I took my dog for a walk this morning in Madison, Wisconsin at 16°F. We were out for perhaps 20 minutes and even though they were fully charged, one of the gloves dropped a third of the charging. I also will say that my hands were definitely not toasty as you described. In fact, I could feel the cold on my fingers. At best I could say my hands weren’t cold, but they definitely were not warm as they are when you put them on inside. Would you say that there is a defect? I would have to imagine that two hours in Alaska on a snowmobile if your hands were toasty, they must really work and mine must not. I’d appreciate your feedback.

From what you are describing, that definitely sounds like a defective pair, or defective batteries. Mine still have long lasting battery life, and I will say my hands are never toasty in them, but always warm. It may be a hassle, but you should contact the company and see what they will do. Hope that helps.

Would you recommend this brand? Or have you tried other brands that do a better job at keeping your hands warm. I want mittens for skiing and would like recommendations. Thank you.

I would say these gloves are a quality product. Some people are saying that they are not warm enough. I feel they work well for me though. This brand also offers battery heated mittens. That may be a good option for you. I have another brand that is good quality, but the battery life is terrible (maybe lasts 1 hour)

How are they holding up now? Did you use the websites sizing guide to determine you should have gotten the large? thanks for the video

They are holding up well. I did use their sizing chart to get the large. Just a bit tight.

Thanks for the review. I think I like them! Wondering if the heat is on the inside (palm) or the top side? Top side would be ideal for when gripping handle bars and battling wind chill. Also, does the heating elements go into each finger or just mainly the palm area?

The heat is on the top side and yes, it does go down each individual finger.

Those looked like MICRO USB cables. Still, disappointing that it is not USB C.
