@@OrphaBeatrice I'm going hopefully today to see if my dollar tree has any. This got my wheels turning and I need some inexpensive treadmats for my stairs. I think an outdoor mat like that would give a good amount of traction so that my little girl who is just learning stairs doesn't fall down them like I've done sooo many times. Thanks for inspiring me!

when you paint a material (fabric) next time mist the rug surface with a water mister then lay your paint on. Let dry, then do another coat.

This is amazing. I would have NEVER though if something like this. You DIYers are so brilliant 😂! I need to learn more! Love the finished product. It’s interesting that the hot glue is holding up outside. I had something hot glued and it literally melted off 😂. Granted that door gets so hot you can’t even touch it, so that’s probably why. Great video!!

How long did it take you to paint the mat completely white? It seems like it would be a long process?
@OrphaBeatrice5 жыл бұрын
+The HomeSchool Hippie it took about 30 minutes to paint the full mat white and then 24 hours to dry. I was SHOCKED how much paint it soaked up!
