We design and cut all of our paint masks ourselves. Sometimes you can find high resolution images to work from online, but often you have to build them yourself from low res jpegs

There is clear coat, it's just not in the video. There is an intermediate clear coat over the sponge effect, this is then sanded smooth and the logos applied. Then there is a final clear coat after that.
