As I am from that area. It focus for Northamptonshire and like Milton Keynes area, pretty much so. BBC One East (E) and ITV1 Anglia (E) would cover the other side of the Anglia region which is Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, etc. The only thing local is just the local news programming/local weather

I remember a lot of these channels. In 2007 I watched: CNBC Sky News CNN EuroNews Bloomberg Smash Hits The Box Magic The Hits MTV Hits Kiss TV VH1 UKTV Gold UKTV G2 Eurosport Sky One Sky Two Challenge FTN At The Races (occasionally) Watched the odd show on the main channels and BBC Three for things like the Eurovision semi finals. Parents watched the news channels (including CNBC), the odd concert on Performance, VH1 Classic and Discovery Travel and Living (which seemed to be all overseas property shows). Dad used to like the History Channel back when it showed history documentaries!
